Comfortable Insert
It was suggested that I purchase an insert that would be flexible and not too rigid. This works well and you can even put it under the insole that comes with the shoe.

Having plantar fasciitis, these are a necessity for all my shoes and sneakers.

Good choice for the price
It was not too thick but did not fit my work flats. Great for sneakers. Fairly good quality and fit well. It has helped me with my walking. I’ve only had them for a month so I’m not sure how long before I need to replace them.

Saved my foot
So I work in the food industry, so I am on my feet all day. A while back I started to get this random pain in my heel. Didn’t think anything of it until a few days passed and it was still hurting. I did some research and it’s something called plantar fasciitis. And if you’re on your feet for hours, not being able to sit it is awful with the pain. I had to have my husband massage it and it would feel better but then again at work it would hurt again to the point I was limping. So I found these insoles, I was wearing dr. Scholls but they didn’t really help at all. These are really nice because they’re thin towards the top so I can even put them in my docs if I were to go out. You can put them in any shoe you’d like which I love. My heal is getting better now, it’s been about 2 months and it does hurt at times but it went from a 10 to about a level 4-5 pain. So it’s getting better! Definitely get these if you are on your feet for prolonged periods, or just generally have foot pain. Definitely purchasing again if these ware out!

Excellent
These are shockingly comfortable for half insoles, I don't even notice that they're not full. If you have shoes which won't quite fit a full insole, I recommend these highly. If you can fit a full insole, though, the SofSole arch ones are the best.

Helped so much
They helped my plantar fasciitis so much I just bought another pair for my non-work shoes (nurse). They were a little squeaky at first but by my second shift they didn’t squeak anymore.

Comfortable but noisy
These feel good however there is space in the heel area and it makes a popping sound with each step. Would never be able to wear outside of the house.

Multiple purchases
Started to have heel pain - these work - have put in sneakers. slip on shoes, and booties. Highly recommend!
