Excellent product with twin cooling features. some people comment previously there is little sound coming, but i did not hear any voice.

I purchased this product after considering a lot of other options from Samsung, LG, Super General but zeroed down on this one for 2 major reasons1. This product was purchased by others and has decent reviews( except for the ones with making noise)2. It fits my budget and requirements in terms of capacity, features, brand, colour etc.I am writing this review after 1 day of use and the following are my observations:What you get:1. The fridge is delivered in a Samsung cardboard package with thermocol on either side properly so 5/5 for that.2. Inside the fridge you get the shelves as shown exactly in the image along with the icebox. All in plastic warp.3. 1 User manual and 1 warranty sheet4. The power cable attached is around 1.5 metres long so it was just enough for me to plug it in.About the Fridge:The fridge looks amazing and has a nice silvery shine to it.It was easy to balance it using the knobs on the base. (although the knobs were initially very tight and had to be loosened by lifting the fridge a little by hand)Cooling - The most important aspect is the cooling it is amazing to see the speed with which it cooled. 5/5 on coolingCapacity - Big enough for a family of 2+1 or even 2+2. Again 5/5 here.Delivery and Installation:Delivery and Installation was taken care of by Amazon and its partners.Kudos to Amazon to prepone my installation by 2 days upon request, I really appreciate it.The fridge has a slight scratch and a dent (around1 cm) behind on the side (image attached) which is not noticeable from far but visible when looked from close hence I reduced a star from the rating. I am guessing it was there before packing probably in the warehouse. 3/5 here.The packaging was discarded off by the installation partners.I am still beginning to use it and will update it if I find anything else. Super fridge! Works exactly like expected and is very roomy.

Ice maker looks a little cheap but overall is perfect!

The expectations of new 384 litr capacity was great, but upon receipt we found the spacing between the refrigerator shelf not sufficient.and freezer is tight when compared to our previous refrigerator

This is not the 384 litres as specified its 320 litres with 60 cm width and 170 cm hight. Its very misleading listing and i already escalated this to Amazon.
