Q: Does this lacing come in a thinner size thinner than 3/32 ? I need something that i can use to lace a knife sheath or wallet ?

I used it the lace my knife sheath and it worked well I also used it to lace my black powder pistol holsters

No. The pic is deceiving. Its two pieces of (.125) 1/8 wide heavy duty lacing/ wrapping leather.

Q: Will this support a lever action rifle from a saddle ring

This is split leather lacing, what I believe you need is leather strapping. I don't believe the lacing would have the strength to support the weight of a rifle over time, and would eventually break.
