Beautiful and unique

This glass is even more beautiful in person! I collect unusual wine and cocktail glasses, and guests love "choosing" something unique when they come over. I checked out a lot of different Yurana designs, but I really liked the way the snail's head holds up the bowl on this wine glass. Lovely!

This glass is just as beautiful, if not more, than the picture.The colors are fantastic.I ordered this for my girlfriend, and she adores it. The first one I received didn't make it through 3 glasses of wine. It appears there was a small defect (these are hand made) that caused the head/neck to shear off at an odd angle. This is where the 5 stars come in, customer service at Wine Essentials (seller) was absolutely SUPERB!I sent an email describing what happened late Friday. I just wanted to share my experience, I wasn't expecting a replacement, and was inquiring about them, in general, as my girlfriend was pretty sad about it. I got no response over the weekend (I didn't expect one), but on the following Monday, I got an obviously written email (not some generic response), and they sent out another, free of charge.So, to summarize:1) These glasses look absolutely beautiful.2) The seller, Wine Essentials, has absolutely stellar customer service.Buy with EXTREME confidence!

Exactly as expected!

I purchased this as a birthday gift and was not disappointed. It arrived within days, much sooner than I expected. I love it!!! Almost don't want to give it away.
