Love it but make sure you're choosing the right size for you
This is a great product; it's practically indestructible, grills wonderfully evenly, and after 1-2 dishes, the seasoning and light char on the skillet itself is absolute perfection. My only suggestion would be to think very hard about the size you choose when you do buy one of these skillets (because you definitely should). In an apartment, the 15 inch is hard to store and it's nearly too big for our stove. It's also so heavy that my wife can't really move it around. It's a small price to pay when we can cook up two gigantic steaks or a bunch of lamb chops, but seriously consider a smaller size if your cooking goals are more modestly sized.
