I can't remember the last time I wrote a product review but I feel compelled to do so for Lumify.My eyes are constantly red. I have been to eye doctors, taken prescription eye drops, tried every eye drop on the market, spent hours searching the internet for relief and alas, the redness remained.My chronic red eyes have been a source of embarrassment for many years with people routinely pointing out how tired I look or questioning if I'm high. I would be too self conscious at times to even hold eye contact!!I tried these drops, looked in the mirror...and I swear I heard the strumming of a harp from an angel. Life changing.It's been 7 hours since I tried the drops and I've been working on the computer and driving in bright sunlight. My eyes are still white!!! Like, unhumanly white. Its amazing!!!!!!!

كأني رميت 100 ريال في الزباله... أول شي لحد يطلب القطرة في الصيف ﻷنها تجيك حاره ودرجة الحراره ممكن تأثر عليهاثاني شي لحد يتأثر بمشاهير السوشال ميديا ﻷني طلبت القطرة من حساب د.هند عناية وأفكار وغالباً هي في بلد يبيعوا هذه القطرة على الرفوف عكس هنا في السعودية لما دورت على مكوناتها طلعت تحتاج وصفة طبية عشان تنصرف من صيدليات النهدي والدواء، ثالث شي واخيراً لا أنصح بها ﻷن العلبه تجي 2.5 مل فقط ولما تحطها في عينك تبيض تبييض بسيط لمده 5 دقايق بعدين ترجع تحمر زي ما كانت وتحس احساي رمل في عيونك وتصغر العين وتحس بضغط شديد عليها كل ماحطيتها احس نفسي تافهة اشتريت قطرة ب100 ريال كأنها سحر بالاخير اشتريت لي قطرة نافكون ايه تجيك راهية 15 مل ب 16 ريال احطها كل ما احمرت عيني ﻷن عندي حساسية والحمدلله مرتاحه عليها بالمجمل لا أنصح بها وحطيت تقييم 5 نجوم عشان يطلع مع التقييمات وما يتمسح او يتخبى مع التقييمات السيئة.

I decided to purchase these eye drops after recently learning about it. I felt encouraged because it had great reviews and is FDA-Approved to decrease redness. However, I am not happy at all after using it! It has made my eyes extremely dry and very uncomfortable, so much so that I tried to splash it out with water for 10 minutes under the bathroom sink (lol, silly, I know, but this feeling is undesirable and I can't wait for it to wear off! Even trying to write this review is very irritating - there is pressure looking at the keys to type - I just want to close my eyes, which I will yet I feel my review is immediate). Yes, it takes the red out of your eyes, and brightens them as advertised… but at a price. To my surprise, it also lightens the “pink corners” of your eyes which, I feel, makes it look sort of strange and unnatural (something I’d expect to see more in someone who is sick). Upon further inspection after applying it, I discovered it contains Brimonidine (also FDA-Approved), but I have discovered it is one of the many drugs used to treat open-angle glaucoma. Anyone already using eye drops to treat any form of glaucoma should check with their eye doctor before using Lumify or any other eye product. Also, individuals taking MAO inhibitors or who have depression, problems with circulation, and low blood pressure should first check with their doctor before using any product containing Brimonidine! Make no mistake, it is the Big Pharma industry that wants to capitalize on the beauty industry. I can only presume it is a lower concentration of Brimonidine than what they use for glaucoma. Still, I would not want to put it in my eyes had I known, for the concern that it still may decrease my normal intraocular pressure- which it has indeed just done!!
