Q: Can you use your own picture for the face?

You are supposed to be able to choose a photo from Instagram or Facebook. This is the only way to use a custom photo. I bough this watch in 2021, then in early March 2022 I emailed them and they responded that they are aware of the problem. No updates yet. "Hello Julie, Thank you for contacting Customer Care. Q: Does this watch come with a charger?

Definitely it comes with a charger. Also, to avoid damage to your watch, only use with included charger. Do not use a USB hub, USB splitter, USB y-cable, battery pack or other peripheral device to charge.

Q: Why won't my watch send a text from goodle assistant?

One of the main reasons I'm returning this watch. You can only reply to a text, not start a new message to someone in your contacts. Not what I want from a smart watch.
