Great for cooling eyes down and can be used as an ice pack
I like the product it is sturdy, accidentally I left the pack to freez too but it did not leak. So it's a good sign of the built quality. Just one thing there is a plastic kind of scent in the pack.

Kerosene smell
The item has strong kerosene smell. Even washing it did not help.

Cheating
Not at all good. Lenght of the mask is too short.Also the mask pouch was torn.Since it it not returnable, they thought that all bad scrap can be given to customers.Amazon should not encourage this type of business.
