This is a very fun glitter pack and quite unlike the ones you get at your local craft store. I am a glitter maniac and am always on the lookout for new types of glitter. I have large flaky glitter -- "vintage" glitter -- to small micro-fine glitter. So when I saw holographic glitter I couldn't resist. I have to say that I am very pleased with the sparkle factor and the colors I received.I have attached two photos to this review -- one is an indoors shot and the other an outdoors one. The photos do not do it justice -- there is a rainbow effect on each color that I just couldn't capture with the camera. Please note that in the photos the purple color glitter is missing -- this is because I had already used it for a project.However, I am a little disappointed with the amount of glitter received. The total amount of glitter is reasonable for the price but there is very little of each color -- enough for small effects on 2-3 cards but not enough if you are planning on doing a large project. Oh well, I guess that is why they call it a "sample pack".Overall, a great buy if you want to try out a different type of glitter or sample the colors before springing for a big tub of holographic glitter. The colors are gorgeous!

I put this in polish, not thinking about how most glitters turn to goop when you introduce a solvent. Over a month later, the glitter is still gorgeous and the polish is the same texture as before. Be warned, except for magenta and silver, all of the glitters will tint the clear polish, so if you want glitter in clear polish you'll have to add it as needed instead of mixing all at once. The darkest blue one was done several days before taking this picture, the others were only a couple hours before. They picked up more pigment after a couple of days, but I love how it looks.

I bought this after looking for micro holographic glitter only to find that in nail polish site they can cost up to three times the amount as craft glitter. Not sure how safe it is to use but the outcome was amazing. The variety is great and the intensity of the glitter is beautiful. My phones camera couldn't handle the amount of color. HahaIn case anyone is wondering.I sprinkled the glitter over uncured gel topcoat, cured it then layered another coat of top coat. It was a bit lumpy, but after putting on another top coat later it smoothed out.

There are phenomenal - the silver, light green, light blue and white have a terrific rainbow effect. The others are brilliant and look beautiful used tone-on-tone. The individual packs are small - it's a sampler, after all - but worked very well and I'm back for more.For example, I painted a wood item in metallic dark blue (Jacquard Lumiere Pearlescent Blue), then added a top coat of the dark blue glitter mixed in an acrylic clear varnish (I used Liquitex Gloss Varnish, with the orange label). The finished item looks brilliant, shimmers and sparkles in the light beautifully. Definitely recommend these!

This Sulyn set of approximately a teaspoon of 9 colors glitter is fabulous to experiment with each one and not having to buy large sizes of each particular color.Colors are : gold, silver, purple, orange, yellow, light blue, cobalt, magenta and lime.I am using this sucessfully with candle making and it doesnt burn. Also works awesome in soap making projects as well as Xmas cards, scrapbooks, greeting cards etc. The drawback is the fact they come in pouches that cannot be re-sealed so you will need scotch tape to close the packets once you open them. Most colors are NOT holographic ( only the gold, silver )but nicely done. I will buy again the individual colors if available. The gold is especially stunning. Glitter is rather micro compared to other chunky brands...very fine almost dust. 5 stars.
