My pharmacist actually recommended this stuff and it works. It's 100% natural and I think it's the easiest thing to use on occasion. I like the 270 g per serving versus some other tablets I've used that were double and two harsh on my stomach. I think this is the perfect amount. This particular product allows you to go to the bathroom calmly and naturally without any weird side effects or cramping. THANK GOODNESS!Most people don't eat enough fiber or enough vegetables that's when this is needed.I recommend taking it in the morning because it takes one tablet approximately 10 to 12 hours to kick in. Since everyone's body is different, I recommend doing a trial run on your day off that way you can be near a bathroom. You must drink at least 16 ounces of water when doing any type of cleanse obviously the more water you drink the better. Once you have avoided drinking more water is recommended so you do not dehydrate yourself. My 3 year old son has constipation issues after he stopped using diapers. We've used exlax, Miralax, suppository, enemas, fiber gummies all of these gave him cramps, stomach ache, and vomiting. He ended up in the hospital after we had spent the weekend at Disney and gave him an enema because he hadn't pooped in 5 days. Enema caused vomiting and dehydration and beginning stages of kidney failure.After seeing the GI specialist he advised we should change his diet and use Miralax. We've used Miralax before and my son screams in pain, we can't leave the house because he runs to the potty every five minutes, and he has accident in his pants. GI reviewed this medicine and gave me his blessing to use on my son.3 months later, We just got back from the GI. GI gave him the all clear because my baby is pooping every day. I was recommended this by my NP and it took a while but it finally was working when used every day! Great for natural ways to get a BM but also i have ibs-c so perfect.

One full glass of water and you will be surprised at the results. Been going 2 to 3 times per day since starting this product. No cramping.
