Ebony Dark Chocolate is a very intense bittersweet chocolate used primarily for making very intense chocolate cakes, pies and puddings. It is much sharper than our Private Reserve Dark Chocolate and is not particularly suited for making truffles and other confections. Choclatique Ebony Dark Chocolate is very deep with a powerful chocolate platform. It has a very big chocolate aroma and flavor, with coffee and nut notes. It is rich in anti-oxidants and flavanols.
