Illuminorb Mini Multi-Purpose LED Decorative Balls (Set of 12)

I will update this after the season when I know more about longevity.First impression, these are awesome! They put off a decent amount of light and I like the remote options of one continuous color vs slow fade vs fast shuffle. My only worry is that when I first received these in the mail, I just tested one. Today, a few weeks later, I tested a few more of them before making this review, and the one that I had taken out the first time hardly had any power left (second photo, just a tiny red dot). I unscrewed it, turned it off, then attempted to turn it back on again and it wouldn't light up at all. I made sure to loosen the backing so the batteries weren't touching the electrode (is that what it's called?? I'm not tech savvy) the first time I used it as well so it wasn't draining while off either. I'm hoping it's just one dud out of 6. We will see in a couple months when I put my Halloween decorations out (these are going in my jack o'lanterns and fog machine). Fingers crossed that no others fade out like the first, because otherwise I think these are pretty awesome.Update: so every one of these that I tested before the actual use turned into duds. I only left these lit all night for Halloween so all I can say is they last at least 16 hours.

I loved them day one. I ordered 3 boxes to use in our swimming pool. I've used them 4 times and now most of them do not work. I checked to see if water may have gotten in them, replaced batteries, tried remotes and they are not working. Very disappointed. I didn't leave them in the pool either... just used them a few hours. Will not recommend or buy again.

These orbs exceeded my expectations. I bought them for a friend having a pool party. We got them out after sunset, and the fun began. They function just as told, and they are pretty durable. So happy with my purchase.

Cheap junk, lasted 2 hours and died. there are 2 baterriees in each light which means replacing with them would cost twice what the lights cost. These should be sold at a dollar store for $2 max

I ordered these just before my granddaughters visited. The delivery was fast and the lights got here before the girls did. After dinner, that first night, we suggested a swim in our backyard pool, and turned the lights on just after the girls got in the water. They were so delighted! I wish I had a camera ready to catch the enchanted expressions on their faces. And the remote control was a huge hit! High recommended!!

Since we are not going to open these as they are a gift for granddaughter I can tell you that they came well packaged and look like they're going to deliver a lot of fun. Will update once she receives them and uses them !

They broke within a few uses. not worth it.
