Bout 8 to 10. Depends how big the pedals are

Do mounting brackets for the pedal power plus come with the pedaltrain novo 24?

No. Those tend to be specific to which power supply you have. But the kit for my Voodoo Lab was only $5. The Pedaltrain does come with plenty of velcro, though.
