This is good for knee's, elbow's, and almost over all the body; however, I got it for my hands as they stay cracked and bleeding year round. Now, wish I had gotten the stuff advertised on TV. It smells pleasant, good on the whole body, but not the HANDS! I use it on my hands too, but really was hoping it would be good for my hands. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Gardener's hand repair has all natural ingredients, it seals my hands from water and it heals my hands. I really enjoyed the smell which is a big deal for me cuz I don't like smelling products on my body and our hands touch everything including her face. I recommend putting on at night before you go to bed so you have time to let it absorb and do its work without washing it off because you're doing a lot of hand washing. It lasts a long time you don't need much. Also works really great on the feet I'll put it on my feet if they're dry or sore and put some socks on when I go to sleep or just when I'm getting dressed and going about my day.
