Yes, I used it to prime GHQ miniature ships and it worked very well.

Unlikely, it's not very flexible, also the white primer in particular does not have very good coverage.

Pretty good

This paint sticks well so far on plastic surfaces, such as figures. It may look like it's barely grasping on plastic surfaces, but just wait for it to dry in 12 hours and voila!
