You can't afford not to buy this tumbler set. The TEST.... We tested the Revord tumbler for heat and chill retention and the results have been outstanding. We wanted to test the heat loss in a real-world situation. We worked on that the average person drinks around a quarter of a cup every 5 minutes or so. We then filled the tumbler with 204.7F water and after 5 minutes we poured out a quarter cup of water. We repeated this process 4 more times before recording the temperature of the remaining water. After 5 minutes 184.6F +5 minutes 173.5F +5 minutes 165.2F +5 minutes 157.6F +5 minutes 149.4 Temperature loss after 25 minute drinking test 35.2 degrees! Next we wanted to test how long our tumbler kept our drinks cold for. We filled the tumbler with 35F water on a 86F day and tested the temperature every hour for 6 hours.
