What are the demensions?

This is a classy tissue holder. I have one in the living room and master bedroom. It is 5 3/4" tall and the side's angle from 6 1/4" at the top to 6 3/8" at the bottom.

What are the dimensions of this box?

I just measured the Godinger Dublin Tissue Box for you with an old tape measure. The box is six and one half inches wide on all sides; it is five and three-quarter inches high.

does the top come off?

Top? It is open on the bottom. You can put a box of tissues from underneath... However, I take tissues out of the box they come in and place in the Dublin box.

Is the bottom open and/or how do you install the tissues?

The bottom is opened, you just open the tissue box, pull out the first sheet and set the crystal box over the tissue bos.
