Sizing is tough
Ordered Small based on reviews. So I’m 5’7, pre pregnancy 135 lbs. now 147 lbs at 23 Weeks Pregnant. Baby #1. My legs are a little larger than the rest of my body, kinda pear shaped. The length was perfect with shoes which I was concerned about since most scrubs are flood pants. The belly is stretchy but not like motherhood maternity pants stretchy. It’s thick too, not thin like spanx. Pretty sure I could have gotten away with a Medium?? But I’ll probably have to order that in the future weeks. According to reviews you swim in the mediums so I didn’t order them. The fit is very flattering, so is the color. I usually wear Heart & Soul brand scrubs but these will be a good maternity swap.

Better than the alternative.
I purchased a pair of these in medium at the end of my first trimester. When they arrived, I was *appalled* at how big they were. They fit in the belly, but were cut extremely wide in the hips and thighs. I couldn't believe the sizing disparity, and returned them.Well, fast forward to 28 weeks, and they fit perfectly. I guess I was in denial about how much bigger I'd get.For reference, I am 5'4, weighed 145ish pre-pregnancy and 170ish now, at the beginning of my third trimester. I wore small tops and medium bottoms in Grey's Anatomy and Koi prior to pregnancy. I have sized up several times over the course of my pregnancy, and am now firmly stuck in maternity scrubs. (I was able to wear "yoga-style" stretchy scrubs in Large from Smitten from 14 to 26 weeks).I'm giving these pants 3 stars because the fabric is extremely rough, and didn't soften up until after several washes. I developed a rash where the sleeves hit my arms, where the neckline hit my neck, and in my inner thighs- anywhere where the fabric rubbed, even the slightest amount. That seems to have resolved itself after 3-4 washes, but it was very uncomfortable for a while. The legs are cut quite wide, they do bag a bit at my ankles...and they're not cute by any means. But they are available in more colors than Dickies, and they fit, so I'll take them.

Sizing runs large
I normally wear a small in Cherokee scrub pants and the "Small" maternity pants are huge in the legs, at least as big as a normal Cherokee M. However, the "XS" maternity pants barely fit in the thigh/bum area, so the sizing is awkward. The stretchy knit top is smooth and comfortable, but it does slide down easily. If you wear an undershirt go for a snug fit one and make sure to pull the undershirt down over the knit pants waist and it stays up a little better, but you will need to yank them up frequently. The back of the knit panel is fairly short, so on me the XS doesn't fully cover my butt when I sit, but the next size up (Small) is so big that it leaves the crotch seam mid-thigh and there's no hope of keeping the pants up.

Decent maternity scrub pants. Do not stay up
My wife wears a medium pre pregnancy and ordered a medium and they work. They aren’t tight and aren’t too big. Definitely have more of a straight leg in the thigh area with a flare at the bottom. Definitely slide down with lots of movement or full pockets. she does like the fact that there is a back pocket as well as a thigh pocket. Not see through or any of that. Typical scrub material she didn’t say they were rough or super soft. more cloth than silky material. She is 5’5” and length is good until they star sliding down and then they are a little long.**Edit**She has been wearing these pants while working and they keep sliding down. very wide legs had to stitch up the inside to make them narrower. Not fitted well. She also bought Wonder Wink maternity pants and they fit more accurately and stay in place so much better than these Cherokee ones.

Frumpy. Would not recommend
I wore Cherokee scrub pants prior to getting pregnant and I thought I could easily transition to Cherokee’s maternity scrubs. I was sadly mistaken. I bought them in my third trimester and they fit well in the belly but nowhere else. They were super baggy in the leg ( think 90’s bell bottoms), tight in the booty and crotch, and a bit too long. I wore them because I couldn’t find anything else, but I would not recommend. I still love my pre- Baby Cherokee’s 😁

Good fit, poor quality
The fit of these pants were great. I was able to wear them up until 2 days before I delivered. My only complaint with these pants was the quality. I don’t know if I got a defective pair or what but the seams on the crotch were very weak looking and I ended up with holes in the seams on the sides of the belly band. I only work them 2 days a week for a couple months, so I would highly doubt it was from “overwearing”.

Pretty good
Good size and comfy. I usually wear medium bottom in regular scrubs. Med in these fits as well (I'm 6-6 1/2 mon along)UPDATE: My only complaint about these pants is that the knit material over the belly, while very soft and comfy feeling, slides down off my belly every 2minutes, and I am constantly pulling them back up. The pants fit well otherwise, so I don't think that they're too big, it's just the material over belly isn't elastic enough. Just something to be aware of, still decent pants.

Not bad. Underrated. Buy smaller.
So there are a lot of crappy reviews for these, but they were fine to me. They are big, so keep that in mind. I wish I would have gone a size smaller, but didn’t mind that they were baggy. I guess it was a pain in the butt to have to pull them up a lot. I bought large and am 5’8” and was 210lbs. I wore them from 16 weeks-27weeks because I was out on bed rest. So maybe they would have fit better as I grew. But I’ll never know. Buy them. They’re cheap.

Too Small, No stretch, Don't buy
These have no stretch to the leg material at all. Only stretchy part is the belly which doesn't stay up. Also in the bottom half of the leg its like a bell bottom pant. Felt like my upper half was restricted and the bottom half was swimming. I wore them to work once and the seam ripped open on the mid thigh.I should have sent them back for a bigger pair but I didn't have any other pants that weren't extremely uncomfortable. At least these had a maternity belly in them.Don't buy these.

Wasn't a fan
The pants were way too big all over. The material I found to be kinda stiff and not very comfortable. I returned, considered getting a smaller size but I still don't think they would have worked for me. They don't seem like they would have been great for lots of bending as the material really doesn't have any give besides the waist for the belly.

Great for a growing bump!
I had to size down with these but they’re great! I like that the band comes up over my belly! They’re actually a lot more flattering than the photos show!I’m pretty short but I’m definitely a curvy girl. They’re a little long (I’m 5’4” so everything is too long on me) but a small hem would work. The bottoms flare out a little bit but it’s not that bad!

Super comodo
Soy talla 34 en Mexico o mediana en scrubs y me quedo un poco grande, es cero strech, la tela es como de algodón fresca, pero no estira nada, así que viene amplio, tengo apenas 21 semanas así que pienso que más adelante me quedara muy bien
