The Saturday Evening Post Classic Covers: 6 Cards (Dover Postcards) Paperback – 31 Mar. 2020

I love the illustrations - great design and printed with a glossy finish, but the cardboard stock used can be thicker.

As these are part of a tear out book, they may not come out perfectly. That’s the only downside and I’ve never met a postcard book that doesn’t run that risk. Definitely recommend these.

This book of 6 postcards is good enough, but be aware that one edge of the postcard will be perforated when you remove it from the book. This can be remedied with a pair of scissors or paper cutter. It should be more descriptive of what you get so you know in advance. The pictures you get are: Billboard Painters, Milkman Meets Pieman, Penny Candy, and Pete's Double Headers by Steven Dohanos; Brushing Their Teeth by Amos Sewell; and Doggy Buffet by Richard Sargent. Some of the postcards have more white around the outside of the picture than I was expecting, I guess due to the proportions of making it fit the postcard size. So be aware that the picture won't necessarily fill up the entire postcard. But these are still nice postcards. The only thing on the back is a small description of the picture in the lower left side; the rest of the back of the postcard is blank.

These are great! Just what I expected and wanted. Fine quality and will be very nice to share with family and friends. I would recommend these to anyone. They may want to order two, so a person can keep one for themselves.
