SugarVeilNeedlepoint Mat

The item locally had bulged out in several locations and did not sit straight any more, resulting cracks in my sugar net. I used it once in April after I bought it, I used their own spreader to spread the paste. After use I cleaned it carefully, dried it and stored it in a flat surface in a cool and dry place.Since I had the same problem with cheaper similar mats before, I was extra careful with this not to cause any damage since I really loved it. I thought if I get this good brand and pay $32 for that, I would be ok, after the damage I was so disappointed. I emailed them and brought the issue to their attention. they believed it was just one time problem and told me they did not have any problem with other customer.Their customer service was excellent. they replaced it for me very fast. I got the new one in couple of days, I gave 5 stars to them since they gave me a confidence in my purchase and got a feeling that they will stand behind their product.Hopefully new one works and I won't have issue, have not tried it yet. I love it. Haveing never done anything like tbis before I did a lot of research on what to do first. Deffinatly need to be patient and follow the recommendations for drying. The only issues I had using this have been completely newbie operator errors. So far I have made several sheets in chocolate, plain icing and tinted. Just have to remember, don't rush it or your sugar piece will not work out. Its a great investment for me.

I tried a couple different mats with similar texture but this is a big step up in terms of quality than any other mat. I wish it wasn’t so expensive for such a single use item, but I can’t argue with the end result!

Cercavo da tantto tempo un tapetino cosi,costa un po caro ma si posono realizare delle bele creazione. Pensavo che i quadretini fose un po piu picoli ma va bene ancche cosi, ancche il materiale e di qualita.
