Not one handed person friendly
This product was not what I thought it was. I thought it would be super easy to take it on and off of the hook. It wasn't. Since I can only use one hand, it was even more difficult. I use it in the shower. I have to call my mom to come and help me every time.

The adhesive was a little tricky looks like it suctions but I love it if you like to be on the phone or listen to music in shower sounds a little muffled though

Good Use (Depening on your phone case)
So, when I got this, I have a thin phone case and it went in perfectly. Now, I have a more sturdy phone case to prevent cracks, but it won't fit in the box.Keep this in mind if you're considering purchasing this: Either get a small phone case, or be ready to take the case off your phone anytime you want to use the product.

It’s waterproof
It works very well with water, somewhat hard to tap on your phone and open the case.

great product for a great price!
I was a bit concerned about the quality & lasting ability from reading reviews before purchasing, so hopefully this is helpful. Thankfully, mine arrived in great condition & has been going strong for months! Installation was simple & I just followed the instructions given. The material is a sturdy plastic (which I could see breaking/cracking if handled too roughly when opening) and has survived a number of drops in the shower. I am a bit careful when opening/closing it since it is plastic, but other than that it seems pretty durable. It fits my cased iphone & I can still use the touch screen pretty well. It definitely works as advertised and doesn't dampen the sound! I'm a big fan

It did fall off the wall
The media could not be loaded. It did fell off the wall today in the shower if I am able to re-stick it and continue to get use out of it then OK but I’m not really sure that’s what’s gonna happen. I guess I can come back and review it again up until today. It worked really well but it did fall off the wall. It’s probably been hanging up 2 to 3 weeks.
