Very happy with this I don’t use it in the loop I just use passivelyIt changes the temperatures quite a bitIt rises and lowers very slowlyYou need to have good circulated case otherwise it won’t cool down once it slowly heats up

Absolute useless... Bought to actually work with a corsair m.2 drive, but upon trying to pair the two, no matter how much I tried to fit them together, the top half containing the heat sink, connections and waterblock refuses to clip to the base no matter what.Calling this product a waste of metal is almost too kind... It's utterly useless, unfit for purpose, and either wasn't machined correctly or corsair has the absolute worst quality control conditions on the entire planet.Excrement in metal form, avoid like the plague.

I had seen other reviews on this product & have to agree the product is scrap not worth the money there are design flaws all over the base plate.Corsair have cut corners & charged top money for an inferior product if only they had spent moreR & d it would of been right base plate & block a little wider then modern nvme m2 drives would fit without harm.So Corsair stay out of water cooling & stick to your bread & butter core product that is ram.

Because it looks cool
Although it's not really necessary to cool or even water cool your SSd/NVME this pretty much falls in the 'Because I can' category. If you're looking for extras to extend your custom cooling loop then this is one to go for. Although hidden under the GPU on most motherboards the extra piping adds a bit more complexity to the routing of the pipes etc to make the system look 'Cool'.
