Personally, I like the regular better than the "Sheer" because it seems to weigh my hair down. I have fine textured hair but lots of it. Regular works best for me.. hope this helps. Tbh, I don't think these shampoos are legit. Smells like it but I remember using this brand 2 years ago and the conditioner making my scalp icy cool. The conditioner in this bundle doesn't do that. I won't be buying this bundle and will be going to Ulta or a beauty supply shop to buy it.
