Effective one-to one replacement for wheat flour in recipes..

Great product. However, might consider a sturdier packaging option for shipping by Amazon. Maybe a thicker plastic wrap. The product arrived with a tiny pinhole puncture in bag. Might have just happened when Amazon box delivered because only small amount of flour in delivery box. Caused by another item in box that it bumped into.

I love how this can be used easily to replace flour and recipes require very few additional Ingredients. I made low histamine pizza crust and was happy without it turned out! Also, the texture is not gritty like some other flour.

This product should have a voluntary recall due to LEAD CONTAMINATION. This company is certainly aware by now that third party testing indicates this flour has an insanely high— and illegal— amount of lead and I’m watching them take NO action. It’s shameful that they’re waiting for the FDA to process the information to mandate a forced recall.PLENTY of time has passed since the heavy metal results became public for Otto’s to confirm with follow up testing and issue a statement so no one else gets poisoned by their cassava based foods.I relied on this flour for my autoimmune child and now I learn he’s been eating their leaded product for eight years. I will NEVER support this company due to their lack of action on this very serious matter; Especially since cassava flour is popular among people with chronic health conditions. It’s disgusting.

I tried another brand to save some cash, but it smelled terrible and did not taste as good as this does. So I came back to this brand. When I contacted the manufacturer, they provided third party lab testing, too. That makes me more confident in this product. I'll continue to purchase this brand for sure!
