I bought these to use with  LimoStudio Photo Video Studio 10Ft Adjustable Muslin Background Backdrop Support System Stand, AGG1112  and they work great! I use light cotton backdrops and these very much do the trick: they fit tightly on the crossbar, and they can be adjusted easily.For my backdrops I only need to use two of the clips and in two months of use I haven't had any complaints. Used for hanging some thin black bedsheets as a makeshift backdrop. Seemed to work great.But every single one of these clips eventually broke. I babied/barely used/never dropped them. Plastic seems sturdy but is really brittle. Not worth it unless one wants junk.

The description says it has 'soft pads' to protect what's being gripped. This is NOT TRUE. They appear to be made of the same hard plastic that the whole thing is made from. The only reason we ordered them was because of the 'soft pad' description. Other than the color of those pads, you can get a whole bad of these things for $1:00 at Dollar Tree! Sending them back because of the dishonest description and it being not what we wanted.

This has nothing to do with seller...by the time I realized this was a lousy product, my time to return had expired. These are very difficult to clamp & hold mural in place without "bunching" it up. Super hard to open with one hand. They'd be great for hanging a mural from a wire (or a child's artwork) on a string across the room, so that's what I'll use them for when my Grandson gets older!!

I use them for photography backdrops, to pinch things to my tent. They do the job well., Really good spring to them. I don’t know if they will last years but for the price you cannot go wrong. You can see the clamps holding the gold backdrop up.
