The device doesn’t charge, so it can’t be turned on. Not sure if the device is defective or the charging cable. Disappointed with the purchase!

I used this product on my face. It is quite comfortable and the blackheads come out easily.

I got this for a Christmas gift and I had no idea what it was or it did, but I figured it out and started using it and WOW! What a difference to the touch of the skin, I do the regular cleanser mode about daily and the deep cleaning once a week. After the first couple of times my husband notice my skin looked clearer, more radiant or glowing. And that is a winning on my book. It doesn't take much more extra effort, you an just add it to your usual face washing routine and if you use a face cream or a serum use the massage function and swap the blade to spread it. When I first opened I just plugged the USB to a power adapter and charged it, the instructions are tiny, there is room for improvement there and I wish there was an instructional video from the seller, because in all the youtube videos that use this tool, they talk TOO much. So that would be helpful. It's practical because it doesn't have attachments to change and easy to wipe clean with a towel or with alcohol for a deeper clean. I am really happy with this product, that I didn't know I needed it, but I do!

WoW... This is really a great tool!I had a different one before it and it worked good, but that was a while ago and it finally died. This one is a different brand, has x5 modes and is half the price too!This new scrubber has a "tiny" bit of weight to it, that tells me it's better made and that the part's inside are made more durable. Don't worry it's not too heavy.I liked the last one I had a lot but it was so lite weight it fell out of my hand often. The weight on this one is perfect!The packaging is as beautiful as the face scrubber, and don't let the black & white generic looking photo fool you.This face scrubbers finish is a nice pearl satin finish and the box has beautifully gold foil embossed labeling with a pretty velvet foam insert to keep your machine nice and cozy when not in use.If you are hunting around for one of these things look no further!I highly recommend this product! Great value, works impeccably, and I didn't have to wait long for it to get to me either. It came in way more than ample time.Over all I'm very impressed!

So I purchased this skin scraper (more a spatula for the face) on a whim, I had moved twice in 5 weeks and noticed my skin was a bit flaky. This definitely helped lift those little bits of dead skin cells just stuck on my cheeks jaw. It also helped to purge the pores in my nose, you glide this baby over clogged pores and they definitely release all that built up sebum, dirt and oil in the pore. There's 5 modes to choose from, I have tried them all. Two of them seem similar purposes but overall it doesn't matter to me. I'd say to maximize unclogging pores to use a warm washcloth or steam prior to open up your pores beforehand. Also glide with ever so lightly this doesn't need hard pressure. Overall, its very easy to use, not the best booklet directions wise but its pretty self-explanatory. I'd recommend if your looking for a way to purge pores and not squeeze them.
