Good replacement part!
Good replacement. You'll need to drill and punch out the upper rivets holding the upper portion of your old bracket out. Use 1/4" bolts and lock nuts there to secure. You should be able to use the original lower plastic retainers if they aren't damaged to secure the lower portion of the bracket to the bumper valance.

OMG could believe how easy this fit onto the new bumper assembly. Slid right into place and fasten down perfectly.
