Great cup - stays tightly secured even when accidentally dropped. Would be helpful if it came with a brush to clean out the straw but otherwise a great purchase.

This has worked so well for our mother that we purchased a second. Cleans easy, straw is very flexible yet does sag too much. Lid stays on even when dropped on floor, yet is easy to remove for cleaning. Metal cup keeps temp of drink for longer than a plastic cup. We've had for a few months now. Highly recommended.

I`ve cleaned it twice now, & water still tastes awful. so, i put it in the bin.
