It’s adorable
A bit difficult to get used to, but it is a great lock. I can’t remember number combos but this is easy, and adds a bit of fun.

I am blind and LOVE this lock! Easy to open by feel/touch alone.
I am blind and was looking for a padlock for a gym locker. I tried a couple of the fingerprint locks and they were not 100% reliable. I bought this lock thinking that the letters might be easier to work with. The lock arrived and it indeed was better than a dial lock, but it was still challenging. Then my husband thought out of the box and set a new combination and suggested that I try to unlock it by feel. It worked. Spin the first two rings three clicks down, the next two turn one click up and the last ring, turn one click down. I put a "Bump Dot", a fuzzy stick-on dot to mark the home row position of the rings.. I suspect other gym members are confused because I show up and my dog guide that takes me to the locker room, finds me a locker and then I padlock it closed and when done working out, I open it without even lookin at it. It works 100% of the time. This is not marketed as an "accessibility" product, but it is very accessible for someone who is blind or has low vision.

Horrible quality, broke when removing from package
I removed this padlock from the package as soon as it arrived. I spun the first four dials to consider what passcode to use. When I got to the fifth dial, it simply fell apart into two pieces (see photo) and fell off the entire lock mechanism. They are cheap plastic rings that are apparently extremely fragile and not intended for securing something valuable. If you are like me and hoping for something of the same quality as Staples' Word Lock padlock, this is not it.

Deceptive
You actually can't change the lock as there is no way to turn the reset dial. According to the pictures there should be a slot that you can insert a coin into, no slot as shown in my picture thereby no method of rotating the dial. Amazon says I have to pay $7.99 to return this defective product. No thanks
