Baggallini Cairo Backpack Gold Hardware, Charcoal, One Size

I absolutely love this bag! I own 5ish Baggalinni bags already and continued to be impressed by the quality and how organized their bags keep me. This bag is not huge and doesn’t carry a whole lot. I can fit in my passion planner (compact size) a rather thick wallet, and little odd and ends of what goes in a purse. I especially like the very back hidden pocket. I can access my iPhone 7 Plus while the bag is on my back. I can pull it out quickly and return it very easily. I also appreciate that this bag sits up on its own without tipping over and the zippers unzip all the way down for easy access. My only complaint on this bag is that the key fob holder that you can clip onto your keys to keep track of them easier is located at the very bottom of the bag and it’s very short. I have to pull out whatever I have in the bag to find it and use it. It’s a feature I normally would use but because of the location it’s a pain. I still give 5 stars regardless. Also, I read that some have had issues with the zipper. I have not and have made it a point to be gentle when zipping and unzipping. My mom ended up liking my bag so much that she added it to her Christmas wishlist and I got it for her too!

I researched many backpack purses before choosing the Cairo. I am very satisfied with my choice. It is well made and practical, while looking good enough to function as a nice looking purse when needed. The various compartments are well designed and I love the two tethers that are inside the main comparment. I always like to tether my wallet to my purse so I will never accidently leave it behind after taking it out to pay. Usually I have to make a diy tether so it was a nice surprise to have two already built in. I love the back compartment for my phone. The Cairo is a nice size, not too bulky, but big enough for my tablet or my SLR camera. The gray color is a nice neutral that goes with everything. Perfect, and it was a great price. I have two other Baggallini purses that I have used and loved for a long time. Very happy to add the Cairo to my collection!

I have several Baggalini bags, and they are all well made, durable and classy, including this one. My gripe is with the functionality of this bag, which I use as a backpack-purse. Yes, there is an outside compartment and several inside. But inside there's not enough space to allow using all the compartments at once. As soon as I had put my wallet at the bottom of the center space, it was difficult to have the sunglass case in one of the sides. I would hope that Baggalini take a second look at the configuration and allow for: an outside pocket for keys; slightly more volume/space inside to use all the compartments. Why I didn't return it? Because I used it and then realized why it wasn't working as well as the others. Oh well...

PERFECT SIZE, COLOR AND STYLE BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THIS BACKPACK IS THE DOUBLE ZIPPERS! I LIKE HAVING DOUBLE ZIPPERS FOR FLEXABILITY BUT THES DOUBLE ZIPPERS ARE DEFECTIVE !!!!!! PULLING THE ZIPPERS ONE WAY OR THE OTHER, WAS ALWAYS A STRUGGLE TO OPEN AND CLOSE THE MAIN COMPARTMENT OF THE BACKPACK! AND IT DIDN'T JUST HAPPEN ON OCCASION, IT HAPPENED ALL THE TIME! I FELT VERY INSECURE TO TRAVEL WITH THIS BACKPACK WHEN WARNED OF PICK POCKETERS IN THE AREA. HAD TO BUY ANOTHER BAG WHILE TRAVELING JUST FOR THE SECURITY! REALLY DISAPPOINTED!QUALITY CONTROL ON THE DOUBLE ZIPPERS IS BAD, BAD, BAD! UNFORTUNATE, I ONLY GOT TO USE THIS BAG ONCE BEFORE ENCOUNTERING PROBLEMS WITH THE ZIPPERS!I WANT TO EXCHANGE THIS BACKPACK FOR ANOTHER ONE WITHOUT ZIPPER PROBLEMS!!!!!!!

I love this bag. I take my dogs for walks every day and one time my purse was stolen out of my car even though I tried to hide it. (Lesson learned. Stupid me!) This bag makes it easy for me to carry everything of value with me while we are walking, and I do not have to switch everything out of one purse into a backpack every day when I take the dogs to the park. If you like a ton of room in your purse, this bag is probably not for you. I do carry a full size wallet and a few other items in the center zipper section, and I have room to squeeze in a water bottle. It has a zipper pocket on back and the turn lock pocket on front where I carry my cell. I have not had any issues with the zippers. They zip up nicely even when the bag is stuffed full.

The bag is smaller than I expected (doesn't hold much), but it is nice to carry around a few things in hands-free and the material is good quality. I like that it is water resistant/proof. The biggest concern/complaint I have about the bag is that the stitching is unraveling at the top by the zipper and the seam is now pulling apart. Not sure if the bag came like that or if it had started unraveling so slightly that I didn't notice. But I've had the bag for such a short time and haven't used it much, this should not be happening. I figure it's too late to send it back so I will have to pay to have it repaired. .

I took a chance on this bag, cause the reviews were not that very good but so far so good my zipper is working fine. It is true to color and size and I really like that. At my job my purse sits for 8-10 hours cause I am really busy so the zipper may never cause a problem. Very becoming purse backpack. I would recommend this backpack even though the reviews are not to good! Take a chance!!! I did and loving it!!!

My wife very much likes the design and comfort of this backpack. BUT there is no -- no -- quality control in its production. Her original bag, which she used for about a month, developed several broken stitches. We ordered a replacement, sent right away -- thanks Amazon -- but the new replacement arrived with more broken stitches than the original.. The product description says it was designed by stewardesses (=flight attendants). I hope the planes they worked in had better quality control.And the replacement was sent in the worse packaging I have ever seen - folded cardboard that did not fit together
