After looking for over a month at different hearing aids, I purchased the Vivtone Lucid30 rechargeable hearing aid. The product worked for me right out of the box. Even though it gives you plenty of options to make adjustments for your specific needs, it was just right for me. But then it came time to charging the batteries. After multiple attempts, it was clear that the right charging unit was faulty. I then sent an email directly to the seller and a second email through Amazon. A woman by the name of Cindy responded to both my emails. Cindy was very kind, polite and extremely professional. You could tell by what she wrote that she was very sincere in wanting to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the product. In my opinion, Cindy went above and beyond what I had expected to correct the situation and now I have a new charging unit. It is written that God works in strange and wondrous ways. Well, I feel blessed to have this hearing aid and to have met Cindy, because I was tired of "what?" being my main vocabulary when talking to others. And because of my age, I may not have many years left, but the time that I do have, I will be able to enjoy hearing the things that I have not been able to hear for far too long. So I thank you Vivtone and especially you, Cindy, for your kindness, understanding and fantastic customer service.

I had a lot of trouble getting to the people from whom I couldorder replacement tubes for my Lucid 30 hearing devices. Finally,a service person named "Younger" got onto my case and immediatelysolved the problem - I received the tubes today via UPS. Please knowhow grateful I am for Younger's service. Not what I wanted and apparently I had clicked on the wrong item. Nothing wrong with it just not for me.

I ordered these for my grandfather and he loves them! He has never had one that could be charged in a station like that and he loves it.He used to have to turn his older hearing aides all the way up and still couldn’t hear, but doesn’t have to turn these ones up all the way and can hear!Shipping was fast, everything was in the package and easy to set up.10/10 would definitely recommend!

The product measures up to there information. So far everything is working well.

Product worked as well as expected. I previously bought a different product from a different company which was defective, but this worked right out of the box. There are four levels of power and I need only the lowest. Having an extra set of batteries is a plus. The instructions are a little confusing at first but are eventually understandable.

The product is very well packaged. The construction is high quality. I love being able to swap out the batteries easily and the money I will save by not having to buy disposable batteries. The charging case is perfect for travel and keeps everything together.

Test out many ear molds before deciding whether or not they work. The right fitting should reduce or eliminate feedback. Test both sets of batteries right away though.
