Sleepycat 100% Natural Latex with 7 Zone Body Support- 3 Layered Medium Firm Organic Mattress, Single Bed Size (72x36x7 Inches)

I bought 72x60x7 inch latex mattress from this company.This product has nothing like they have advertised. Listing down the issues1.Instead of 7 inch it only inflates upto 5.5 inch.2. Me and my wife both Started getting full body pain.3. You cannot sleep on it, upon requesting a refund the company executive gave lame excuses like you should use it for atleast 1 year to get comfortable with the bed. She also confirmed that there are customers who complained of body aching initially but after one year they got comfortable with it.Their 30 days trial period is a big sham and they don't refund your money.Even in case of the defect from the company they will pick up the mattress and you have to again wait for 20 to 30 days without mattress.There customer service agents are not at all helpful.I will have to give away this mattress because we cannot use it.I even requested to refund half of the money I paid and pick the mattress up so that we can buy another mattress but the csr was giving the company policy excuses.She told me that since I bought the mattress from Amazon. Com she can't help me with much, if had bought it from their website directly then they could have helped more. I do not understand the logic.It's sleepy cat who is manufacturing the mattress, Amazon is just a selling platform. Amazon should not entertain these kind of companies to sell their products.Don't trust this company and lose your money by buying the latex mattress from them.Worst mattress to buy. Regret buying.

I have done some research before I bought this mattress. Finally I chose to go with this Sleepy Cat Latex 💯 % Organic Mattress. I have to choose an orthopedic Latex mattress as I have some shoulder pain with with the sleeping position on my earlier mattress and my wife had back pain after her post delivery. This product really helped us as a pain reliever. And the comfort it gives was amazing.Finally comparing some best mattresses in the market I chose to go with Sleepy cat.It's worth the money.Thank you Sleepy Cat team.

Soft and plush mattress for those who like cushiony feel. However I would not recommend for any one having back pain.

The mattress arrived little late but the product was worth the wait. It is not too bouncy as in spring mattress. It has right amount of sponginess and keeps you warm in cold climate. Also in summer it is not that hot to sleep in the bed. Overall I felt comfortable with the mattress.

Very pathetic matress. Do not purchase it based on reviews.It is too much soft. You will feel back pain after using this mattress.No 30 days trial if ordered through Amazon.Not recommended.Price keep changing frequently. I ordered for 22490 next day price reduced to 19000. No cancellation facility.

Not as expected as latex. Got the less height, near about 6 inch inplace of 7 inch. Later sort it out after discussion with customer support.Sleeping is okay in particular direction only as it is having 7 section as per body part...but issue is with base 4 inch material which is too soft so sitting is not comfortable.Latex will support better on firm surface.Cover quality is also okay..not good not bad.

Purchsed ortho model. This also has good amount of cushion. Purchsed it thinking heat will not be felt. But even with this also i felt hot especially in summer. Disappointed with this. I suggest to go for full latex or coir mattress if your priority is not feel hot in summer.

The mattress is quite comfortable, truly natural and airy in summers as well. It provides good body support without disturbing sleeping partner. Good compact packaging and item fits perfectly as described. Happy to use and yes I purchased it in comparatively very reasonable price.
