I'd like permission to return this item. It'a a few days past the closed date. I purchased not realizing that the item didn't have the corresponding base with it. I'd like to purchase a different set. I was unable to try it until my mother was released from the hospital before realizing it wasn't what I needed. I'd appreciate if you'd return for credit. I will purchase another similar item with both pieces base and alert. Thanks for your consideration.

My parents installed the Lifeline help button, and it has been a great help for my mom who falls fairly regularly.
