Philips Lifeline Standard Medical Alert Help Button - For homes with a landline phone connection

Easy to set up and customer service was very helpful, but the set up guide instructions was missing a step (to press the "Help" button first). I had difficulty setting up an account online. The website was down and not easy to access.

Has a friend pass out from dehydration while on watch supervising all operations of a Nuclear Reactor. So I got him this as a gag gift and it was awesome. I really don't have any good detail on how well this works but the product came as the picture shows with an activation paper.

Works great. Cheaper than buying directly from Phillips Lifeline. Saved a bunch. Easy to activate. This replaced one that we lost.

It was a gag gift for my husband and it was a riot! So I cannot comment on the functionality of it though.

Purchase of this item must be accompanied by a monthly monitoring subscription. The process of establishing that service has been impossible for my elderly parents. The company harasses them with daily phone calls insisting that they establish service and has promised to send a technician to accomplish the task but they consistently fail to follow through. DO NOT make this purchase if you don't live close enough to complete the monitoring installation. The frustration level is off the chart. Now my parents just want to return it. Total failure.

There is no green light as the directions call for observing. Seems button doesn't want to work. System seems to be a failure.
