I think I'd finally found the solution to my nighttime neck pain and discomfort that I can side sleep with no issues!!!Love the Soft Pillow cover but I wonder why such a large % of the fluff is at the top of the pillow where you do not use at all - sewing/stitched prevents you from adjusting the foam to the level you use.As far as the rolling center goes , a closure at theOpening would make it more comfortable. - it makes no difference in firmness.So far I'm loving this pillow. I’m sleeping very comfortably on and I'm glad I purchased it.IT is the BEST pillow I have ever owned.

I've tried pretty much every pillow on the market: memory foam, contour, orthopedic D, bamboo, shredded foam, down, latex, even those buckwheat fills... Extra firm to soft, flat to fluffy, expensive name brands to cheap polyfil; you name it, I've been through it. My husband estimates that I've probably been through at least 20 of them over the last several years. On my last spring cleaning I actually had to donate some of them because we had more pillows than any household should. The problem? I have a long neck, an autoimmune thyroid condition and resulting muscle weakness plus early onset osteo problems, as well as being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. THIS pillow does exactly what it's supposed to do, it supports my neck and head without changing shape, wandering away or flattening out sometime in the night no matter what sleeping position I end up in, AND it doesn't feel like I'm sleeping on a cotton wrapped brick. In fact, this pillow is so impressive I plan on ordering another one next month as a spare. If you're unsure on whether to order the regular or the firm and have been through every pillow on the market, order the firm, you can always remove some of the fill if need be. Personally I didn't, it worked perfectly for me straight out of the package.

I have purchased three of these pillows. After buying the first, a regular "queen" pillow, I thought I'd finally found the solution to my nighttime neck problems. For about a month the pillow was great. The dedicated chambers on either side of the neck pouch gave the head support I needed, and it was not too much of a pain to have to rearrange the filler in the main chamber and re-roll the neck pouch. After about 30 days, the fillers started to clump and harden. By the 60-day mark, even having used the extra fillers that are sent with the pillow, I was getting headaches and a stiff neck from using the pillow.At this point I re-ordered the product I'd originally purchased. The price was now $50, vs. the $40 I paid the first time, but for pain relief I figured I'd just bite the bullet and pay. The new pillow that arrived was noticeably different and less firm, even though it was supposed to be the same thing. I thought paying $5 more for the "queen firm" version might get me what I needed, so I ordered that, but putting them side by side, there is no substantial difference between the two. (The queen firm I got was also not marked as such anywhere on the packaging or tag, only on the seller's Amazon scanning label, so who knows.) The queen firm is going back and I'm going to try to make do with the regular pillow and added fillers. This is a great concept, but sadly, also overpriced with lackluster quality control.

Very hard and not using it anymore

So far I'm loving this pillow. I slept well on it the first week and I'm glad I purchased it.

IT is the BEST pillow I have ever purchased. I have bought 4. Would give more stars if they were available. The best pillow for those with neck issues.

it didn't work for me

This pillow is so thin and the stuff so soft that with any weight on it you only have 1 1/2 to 2 inches of thickness!
