Bad seller experience
When we opened it up, one of the three magnet spots didn’t work, so we sent it back. Seller charged a restocking fee despite item being defective. When we contacted them, they claimed to have “picture proof” that we didn’t open the item. Yet they also claimed that we kept the mystery gift (we did not—we might have thrown the wrapper away before realizing the toy didn’t work but we sent the figurine back). I don’t know how in the world they can claim to have picture proof of what we did or didn’t do in our own home, not to mention it doesn’t make sense to say we didn’t open the box, yet somehow also kept a toy that was inside the box. Toy was cute but would not recommend buying from this seller.
