Q: Any expiry date? I don't see any expiry date on the bottle

I don’t see any unless it was on packaging

Q: Can I use this to clean the hose? If so... How?

I fill up the kitchen sink, squeeze a few drops on the soap in and add the water container, tube & mask. I let the tube soak about 20 minutes but rinse mask & water container, dry off with towel. After the 20 hose wash, I let the plain water run through several times, hold over sink to drain and hang to dry.

Q: Is there an unscented version? i do not want my cpap to smell lemony.

I wash & rinse my husband’s mask with this cleaner & it has never smelled lemony. I don’t know if there is an unscented version.

Q: Why is this called "pre-wash"? Pre what? Is there another cleaning step?

I believe it’s because you use the pre wash then you use the hose cleaner. To insert in the hose, like cleaning a reusable straw.
