Goodnight, Stinky Face

My son LOVES "I Love You Stinky Face" so I bought 2 more stinky face books, this was one of them. I was not impressed at all with this book. Its very wordy where it shouldn't be. Does the writer not realize that these books are read to toddlers?? My son is already trying to turn the page after the first paragraph on the page but oh wait wait wait there is a whole other page to read. We really loved I Love You Stinky Face but this one... not so much.

This addition to our “Stinky Face” collection was just perfect! All of my little ones absolutely love to read these books and this was no exception to that. We have tried to purchase all of them. It reads well and flows nicely. This is one of the best children’s books we own. We recommend this based on the following things.. it’s reads well, flows nicely, it’s just small enough for a kiddos hands, and the thickness of each page is perfect that it shouldn’t get broken or bent. Great for kids who love to be read to each night at bedtime.

Wow, I hate this book. My toddler doesn't even like this book.If you're expecting another "I love you, Stinky Face" you need to move on. This isn't it.It reads like an insincere money-grab to take a few more bucks from people who enjoyed the first book.If you buy it and loathe it, consider yourself warned.

The Stinky Face books are a new Discovery. They are sturdy, colorful & very imaginative. Always portraying a mother's love for her child no matter what. I'll be buying every one that comes out for my grandchildren & for gifts!

great book and read for my son!

I was really excited about this book but unfortunately it disappointed me. First, there is a lot of writing on the pages and it takes away from the illustrations. Second, the story was not fun to read. It did not flow easily like some other of Ms. McCourt's books. The little boy gets swept into the ocean and meets raccoons and bats! Pirates and sharks would have been more fun to read and made more sense. Donating this book to goodwill.

These books are delightful - all of the Stinky Face books. The imagination of this little boy is broad. His Mother simultaneously and ingeniously supports and suppresses his assertions, while providing the reassurance that a child needs. This one is particularly entertaining because he is delaying his bedtime. The artwork is delightful.

Love this series of books from Lisa McCourt. Highly recommend.

My daughter loves "You Can Do It StinkyFace" as well as "I Love You StinkyFace"So we were so excited to find out there were more books! So sweet and such cute illustrationsCant wait to order "I Miss You StinkyFace" <3 so happy we found it and it came quite quick

not as good as "i love you stinky face"
