Q: What do you use for a matte finished bona sealed floor? will this work to protect an unpolshed satin hardwood floor?

Yes, but just use the cleaner, not the polish so the finish will remain satin.

Q: how many sq feet does this cover?

The 36oz bottle claims to cover 550sqft. We found it covered a bit less than 500sqft, perhaps loss due to the bona microfiber mops we used to apply this.
