FloraUdo'S Choice Oil 3 6 9 Blend 17 Fl. Oz.

I was worried this product might not taste good because it is a blend of four different oils. Fear be shushed! It is delicious. Will definitly buy it again-- if it actually does help my brain and skin, like Udo Erasmus says it will.

I add this to my protein shakes. Easy to digest, with a nice mild, kind of nutty taste. It helps me get the omega 3, 6, and 9 fatty acids I need for overall health. It's not cheap, but it's priced a lot better on Amazon than it is at other places.

This is super great stuff, it’s a bit bitter so I got the pills as well. Help with your hair ( thickens it ) and your nails ( omg they are growing like 🔥) and your skin. Us older ladies (50) who get compliments and are told that we look 38 is a Godsend ! Hello, take care of yourselves while you’re young and you can and will grow old gracefully. I’ve been thru breast cancer plus Chemo and Radiation and numerous prescription meds. So I’m addition it’s never to late for these Omegs rich God sent oil that radiates from within. I saw a drastic difference after sucking down a full bottle once per day so this is my 3 rd and I’ll never go without it again. No plastic surgery or fillers yet. I’ll be seeing my 53 rd B day May 2021. Do yourself a favor no matter your age. This is something you can use in your life from age 20 to 200 haha ! My husband loves this stuff and my sister who has nurtritionidt training thinks it’s the best oil on the market. Would give it a 5 star rating if it didn’t come with a portion of the oil leaking out of the bottle onto the box. Not enough to return it, but they might want to look at a way to keep this from happening.
