I thought neck pillows were "one size fits all" until I tried this one. I am 5'2" and on the top side of petite. It's much too big for me. In an upright seat, such as on an airplane, it will cause my neck and head to rest in a forward position, leaving too much pressure on my lower back. I was going to return it until I saw that the return shipping charge was almost as much as what I paid for it. Argh!

Purchased this for my Husband who flies a bunch for business. He loves it. Super comfy, seems durable, and easy to pack. The price was very reasonable, and the quality of the pillow looks like it will hold up quite nicely.

Comfortable and I like how it rolls up. I was able to move it around to find the most comfortable position. I looked at a couple options and am glad I went with this one.

This is hands down the best neck pillow I have used. It condenses into the little pouch with a bit of effort. It is so comfortable and supportive that I have started sleeping with it at home because it helps with alignment.How is this only $10? It is worth so much more!!

Broke on first use. The seam broke and foam started to come out.

Meh, very heavy and bulky. Designed for a larger person I think. It folds down a bit but still heavy and takes up space. I like the fabric and it is easy to remove and wash.

Very comfortable. It does not roll up super small and it is heavy. I plan to let my husband have it for our trip. I will order a smaller, lighter inflatable for myself.

I took off the cover and washed it three times it in the laundry machine but it kept making dust.
