After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to purchase this product. As I wanted a good quality product I did not mind the price.The product had ergonomic features and the memory form was of good quality. I had purchased Large size for my Ford Freestyle. After a few days of use, I felt that the support was oversized and was causing neck and back strain. This was also distracting my driving. I was under the impression that since it was a new product, it will take some time for the body to get accustomed to it. But as the discomfort was not resolving, I decided to discontinue its use.I later contacted the grin support. They were very prompt in response and gave me many helpful suggestions. I tried following their suggestions but it did not bring full resolution.As it has gone beyond its return period, Im not able to exchange it for a smaller size.Overall, I think it's a great product and the support team is also fantastic but choosing the wrong size will end you in a soup! Try contacting the support team before you make the purchase to get the right guidance.

Highly recoommend if someone is really getting uncomfortable back specially lower back when driving. I got a new Safari 2025 model and was excited to drive but i had serious backache in the very first 50 kms highway drive. I purchased this and i drove 1000 + kms in 2 days with out a single twitch. I own a 2014 wagon r vxi. Used this neck support which I initially bought for fronx.The wagon r head supports do not touch my head while driving but I never experienced neck pain in my vehicle in more than 1 year of driving, however the fronx head support(which touches my head) surprisingly caused neck pain. So I bought this neck support for fronx. I tried this pillow in my wagon r first and to my surprise, I experienced neck pain within 5 minutes for the first time in wagon r. I will try this in fronx and update about the same. The pillow is on the firm side despite being small oneMoral of the story- the seat comfort and accessories are greatly individualized. Look out for what suits you best. Try borrowing such items from friends and try it yourself before buying. And always opt for adjustable head rests. Always! Because they can also be removed.
