Q: Not installing as easy as you describe. Can you send exact instructions?

Yes, I agree with you about the installation, but I was determined to find another way to secure it in my 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Car makers never build anything alike. Reach under the seats of your vehicle and see if there are any non-moving lips or edges underneath. After experimenting, I was able to find an acceptable place to hook on the clips and now the dog barrier works just fine. Sometimes we have to get a bit creative when instructions are not working for us. I really dislike having to return an item I like, so I try to find alternative solutions. Makes me feel great (and smart) when it works!

Q: Is the top solid or will it bend under weight? My pup loves to flop over the top of the bungee style one I currently have.

It is not solid in that sense. The non-mesh parts are a nylon fabric similar to the material use in a backpack. If your dog is tall enough to reach the top of the screen (equal to the height of the back of your front seats) then "flopping over" is definitely a possibility and the material will bend.

No it does not have storage pouches

Q: It didn't come with instructions how do I put it together

The top two straps go around each of the inside headrest supports. For the bottom straps slide them around the seat rails or brackets. This has worked well between the fronts seats of my Chevy Silverado.
