This is a quality product. Works better than the ones that shoot water from the rear ( much more expensive thou). Easy straight forward installation. The users manual can be improved. On page 23, tells you to adjust water pressure with valve 2. but the picture does no label the valve. Further down it tells to adjust water pressure with valve 1. Again no picture label for valve 1.I only used cold water. So I paid for a 5 foot hose and a 3 way valve that I don't need. I needed to plug the hot water intake. Couldn't find suitable plug in the local hardware store, so I had to rig a plug from my spare parts bin. My recommendation to the manufacturer is to offer a cold water only option, with no long hose and one less 3 way valve and the plug for the hot water inlet.One other minor gripe; the preloaded spring keeps the toilet seat 1/2 inch from seating on the toilet body. If I lower the lid, then with the additional weight,it seats properly.

I want to start by saying that I had a hand held bidet that was powerful enough to clean the grout on the tile. It was uncomfortable to use and not real sanitary. It broke about a year ago and I wasn't sure what I was going to replace it with. I need a bidet for medical reasons so I started looking online for a replacement. It seemed as if I was going to shell out $500-600 dollars for a bidet seat. I really was concerned with sitting on an electrically controlled device while doing my business. After reading all the reviews I started to watch Youtube on installing all the different brands. While going through all the videos I watched one with Nassar, the inventer of the RimBidet giving a demo. Very impressive! I also noticed that they sell on Amazon. I bought the deluxe version with hot/cold water and extra long hot water supply. Nassar includes all the necessary connections, valves and hoses. I installed this in a very short time and it is awesome!! Everyone should have one. Save the trees....use less paper!

I have use this everyday for 10 years it is very durable. The model I have is cold water only which works fine. I think it would take a long time for the hot water to start flowing in that unit which would be inconvenient and waste water. I like low pressure and have adjusted it down very low with the petcock. Rim bidet costs three times as much as the competition, but I don't know the quality of the others. It is amusing that in their advertising they do not pronounce bidet correctly which should be like Chevrolet.
