SPICELY Organic Jar Peppercorn Pink, 0.8 OZ

Best pink organic peppercorn I've found. Mild slightly sweet pepper taste, excellent quality It is "moist" so don't leave to much in your grinder and clean grinder appropriately with the grinder's brush that comes with. Store the peppercorns in original bottle in a dark cool place as well as any "spices". Spices should never be by heat so do not put them on the back of your stove or in cupboards above/around the cooking area. They'll stay fresher. A tip is to use those pull-out baskets you can put in bottom cupboards for spices! Or on a wall on narrow shelves away from heat. My cousin built into the wall 3" a 6 shelve x 12" wide for all of our spices! No need to hang anything!

Arrived very fresh and the peppercorns have a beautiful flavor. Great in salads and as an accompaniment for lox. I would purchase again.

No complaints and the bottle arrived securely packaged in bubble wrap. I'm using the pepper to garnish marinated steak. It adds a really nice colorful finish and a different pop of flavor.

Sweet and hot. Beautiful pink peppercorns and fresh rosemary create a delightful "crust" for rounds of goat cheese - drizzle with olive oil and enjoy on plain crispy flatbread crackers. The best!

This was a great price for organic and I used them to make a delicious pink peppercorn brandy sauce for filet mignon!
