I would give it 5 stars for the product itself, but the packaging was terrible. It was sent in a plastic bag and not a secure lid, so half the shampoo leaked out before it was delivered to me. This happened THREE TIMES. I kept having to get a replacement - Really annoying. Never had such an issue with ordering shampoo online before.Aside from that, very happy with the shampoo itself. The rose scent is AMAZING. My dog has very dry skin and coarse fur, and this helps a lot. Her fur is soft and glossy afterward! The Comfort/Vanilla scent is very nice as well.

“Comfort” shampoo ... NOT at all comforting .... More like discomforting allergic reaction !
I don’t often write poor reviews but this product is just not what it claims to be so I feel I must pass on our experience. I was recommended this shampoo by the breeder who supposedly uses it in her kennel. Not sure I believe it now, firstly it’s expensive stuff and second Bathed our 2 month old puppy in the “comfort” shampoo and my daughter and myself came away with red, irritated welts up our arms. Our puppy was clearly bothered too rubbing, itch8ng and whimpering. If I could return it I would but it’s not worth the hassle. Will never buy again though.

I don't understand all the negative reviews.I HIGHLY recommend.I own a dog boarding and grooming business and have been using this shampoo for FIVE years!!My absolute favorite and costumers love they way their fur baby smells.Really does smell like roses 🌹

Perfect for my sensitive pets!
I use this shampoo for my Sphynx cats, and Chinese Crested dog. My Crestie has sensitive skin, and this is perfect for him! He hasn't broken out once from it. Takes the body grease off of hairless cats like a dream, and conditions skin! Beautiful scent, and brightens light pets perfectly. Wish it wasn't discontinued.

This is totally worth the price ! Nothing gets my girl as white or smells as good . I have tried many other brands and always come back

Great shampoo
Love the smell. Suds really well and does not burn eyes if it get too close to their face. My babies smelled of roses for several days after bath.
