Here are some CRITICAL piece of information you need to know about the Athren exercise ball you ordered yesterday. Some of our customers have been getting confused, so we want to make everything clear.1) The ball CANNOT inflate to full size on first pump. You must pump to full size, leave it over night and pump it again the next day. You must do this everyday until the desired size is reached. There is no way around this. Customers get confused thinking that the 55cm ball they ordered is 45.Inflation instructions:Let the ball sit at room temperature for two hours.Insert the tip of your foot pump into the ball's air valve and work the pump.Inflate the ball to about 80% of diameter initially. Wait a further 24 hours before inflating to the recommended size. You should avoid using the ball within the first 24 hours.Pumping it up again to the recommended size.Insert the plug and the let the ball sit for another day.2) If you do not like the foot pump, let us know and we will send you a free hand-pump. Different people prefer different pumps/3) Each ball comes with a stopper and a plug, if you did not get yours, message us and we'll send you a free replacement.4) If anything is wrong with your ball at all, let us know and we WILL make it right.Thank you for reading,Emily

This is the best exercise ball I've found. I got my last few exercise balls from Walmart and they simply don't compare to this one. This seller actually gives you tips on how to get the ball to its maximum size without compromising the integrity of the ball. I've seen a few of these balls from Walmart fail when they are inflated to their max size. It's nice to know that this seller gives you specific instructions on how to prevent failure. The foot pump they included for free was not that great, but they specifically told me that if the foot pump didn't work out for me, that they would send me a hand pump. I chose not to request a hand pump because the foot pump did the job and it was FREE.

My physical therapist recommended that I purchase an exercise ball as part of my hip strengthening activities. So far I use it for numerous types of squats and planks, and it works great. I have a hand pump that I used to inflate it, so I did not have to deal with the foot pump (as other reviewers seem to dislike).Pros:- Functions as it should, bears my weight and feels sturdy- Allows for a broad range of exercises and balance activities- Can be used as a desk chair replacement (or temporary substitute, depending on how my back is feeling) for improved postureCons:- I have experienced no issues with this productOverall, if you're looking for a well built, budget friendly exercise ball, this one should fit the bill.

Very nice!When I saw that you're only supposed to blow this up with the enclosed pump, I figured it would take way too long. Not so! Pumped it up in about 8 minutes. I ordered the large ball. It's a good size for my 190 pounds of weight, and it supports me well. Enclosed in the box was also a nice exercise chart to help a beginner like myself. All in all, I'd have to recommend this product.

I bought this ball to stretch my back,used it once.I had pumped it up just so it was round and the major wrinkles were smoothed some.It has sat untouched in my bedroom inflated for two months,today it was deflated, inspecting it, I find a 1 inch split , doesn’t even look on a seam? It was NOT overinflated or abused in anyway——I wish I hadn’t wasted $20.00

Using it as an office chair replacement. The size is good for that. The pump is way to small for the ball and you should use one of the air-mattress electric pumps to get it up to size and top it off with the provided foot pump. Other than that no complaints.

I'm looking forward to using it, I have two bad legs, one that is partially paralized and the other has compensated too much, so core exercises are pretty much the only thing I can do nowadays. Update: This ball is great for core work. Customer service helped me out quickly and I'm happy to give them 5 stars!

One of the best exercise balls I've used. Many of the ones I've used in the past had a cheap plastic feel to them, but this one feels really quality. I'm very happy with it.
