Seems really good so far
I just received the product so I cannot really give lot of input yet.I did like the case, easy to charge ( same cable as my I phone) easy to put the phone in.

Don’t push it onto the charger too hard
It’s a good product. Just don’t push the phone onto the charging port too hard cause then it will randomly not charge your phone. Just insert it casually and everything works normal.

Not good.an issue with the charging port.
The charging port doesn’t make contact with the charger - after ONE MONTH. To charge the case I have to hold it. I’ve always used the battery case apple makes - but they don’t have one for this phone. It’s after the return period now.

Awful - Do Not Buy
Awful "battery" case.. Soon after I had it, the case blackened around the edges, unlike any case I've had before. The battery didn't work at all - even though it was always fully charged !! It did protect my phone when it fell :)

Fails to stand up to normal use
I purchased the case in January and it failed by June. It no longer charges and failed without warning. This is the second case and the first also failed. Not a good value.

The dude buttons are really - really stiff
It seems good but as others have mentioned the side buttons are really stiff. A child or old person can not adjust the volume!!

Quit working after 120 days
The positives are the design, protection, and battery life. The downside is the side buttons are hard to operate but mostly it quit charging after 120 days. Not buying another one.

Does not charge phone when plugged in
When the phone is in the case and the case is plugged in to the wall outlet, the case will charge, but the phone does not. I’ve tried unplugging everything, plugging it all back in again. It’s not the outlet, it’s not the cable. The case charges, but the charge does not pass to the phone. The case doesn’t allow the phone to connect to my Mac either. I have to take the phone out of the case to connect it.
