Great fitness tracker, small price tag.
I gave this fitness tracker to my husband for his birthday, thinking that he might be too rough for it to last too long but that I wanted him to have the ability to track what he's working on so hard at the gym and at home. Because really, sometimes concrete proof of the calories you're burning and the steps you're taking is an effective motivation to keep going! The LUCOG I5 Plus IP65 Waterproof Bluetooth Fitness Tracker with Soft Silicone Wristband for Sports Activity & Personal Health Care Sleep Monitor is just the right price and effectiveness to motivate him and to not make me cry if he breaks it!I ordered the black model, and it's a really slick-looking fitness bracelet. It fits his large wrist and is comfortable to wear. The tracker was really easy to pair with the phone once we downloaded the Zeroner app from the App Store. There are two Zeroner apps, so choose the one with the weird squiggle rather than the park scene. Inside the app, the language is a little funny--it's obviously made by someone who doesn't speak English as their first language--but despite that it's a really easy interface. To charge your tracker, you have to remove the entire face of the tracker and plug it into a USB port--this works on the computer OR on a charging cube. just make sure you have it in correctly--the tracker will turn on when you are actively charging, and a blue light will flash until it's charged. Then it's just a matter of fitting the tracker's face back into the band. This model is waterproof, sweat proof, and dust proof. And for the price, it has great features. It monitors sleep, heartbeat/pulse, has a sedentary alarm, message alert, incoming call alert, alarm, step monitor, distance tracker, and a few more things we're still figuring out. It can charge for 45 minutes and then be working for days on that charge! The only not-so-great thing is that the buckle is made of nickel. If you have a nickel allergy (which gives you a rash in the area of where the buckle contacts your skin) you might want to bypass this tracker for another model.. OR, you could do what I did for my husband--just paint the parts of the buckle that touch skin with a bit of clear nail polish. This will keep the metal from having direct skin contact, and you can reapply as needed without hurting the device.I did receive a discount on the fitness tracker in return for my honest review--it's a great tracker for the price. Thanks for reading!

PRACTICAL AND REASONABLY PRICED
It is a very practical size, not too big on your wrist, but comfortable and has a screen surface that easily accommodates a fully visible display of its functions at a glance. It is 'water resistant' but not waterproof for use in a pool or swimming. It also maintains its power (depending on the number of functions you set it for) from 12 to 24 hours between charges. While it does not have all of the extensive features some major brands employ, at about $25 it monitors all the most important things that you would most be expecting.
