Great -product....BUT the 40.... 1/4 c servinglike other NuManna products is FAR to small for an adult. It’s more like 20 servings...their bulk food is also listed FAR-below average servings for an adult. So the cost for a quality glass of Milk is (8oz.) is higher than expected. Yet-this‘smaller serving’ size is becoming the NORM- in all food services throughout the United States. ( It’s called hyper-inflation. )

Quite good!
Taste is good, not like fresh milk but I haven't found a powdered milk product that does in my opinion. This is very good though.

Did not dissolve very good. I use room temperatures water in glass bottle.

Excellent high quality milk powder. Great for camping and recipes calling for powdered milk. Fresh tasting even though its dried!
